Record of Invention Form:  This form includes a series of questions that will help you to prepare a record of your invention.  It also includes a checklist of documentation that you should bring with you to your intial consultation with Lawson & Persson.

Sample Confidential Disclosure Agreement:  This draft Agreeement, in Word format, is intended to prevent dicslosures to third parties from being "public disclosures" that could result in a loss of patent rights.  This Agreement is not appropriate for all circumstances and you should contact Lawson & Persson if you have any concerns regarding its applicability to your specific situation.

USPTO Patent Search Page:  This is a link to the patent search page on the USPTO website.

Google Patents:  This is a link to Google Patents. Google has digitized all patents dating back to the early 1800's and have made them fully searchable.  In addition, this site allows you to download each patent as a full PDF image.

European Patent Office:  This site allows you to perform a search of published patents and applications worldwide.

InventorEd:  This site includes information on invention promotion firms as well as a "watch list" and an "extreme caution list" that you may wish to consider before doing business with an invention promoter.
